You will be describing (in a paragraph) & graphically representing (on a slide) the metabolic pathway of your drug. Include intermediate metabolites where possible. Be sure to include information on common/notable drug drug interactions and toxicities resulting from overdoses. Renal Toxicity (Slide 2 and paragraph 2)

As you might expect, you will be looking at the potential effects of your drug on the kidneys. Use your slide and paragraph to describe the effects of exposure at therapeutic and acute doses.
