Describe the components of a comprehensive child and adolescent psychiatric clinical assessment. This assessment should be based on 1) the essential elements of the integrated physical and psychiatric assessment in the so-named chapter of the Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health textbook (Yearwood et al., 2021) and 2) the components of the biopsychosocial model in Lewis’s Child and Adolescent Psychiatry textbook, Table 4.1.2 (Martin et al., 2017). In a narrative format, organize your paper according to the structure of the psychiatric assessment as discussed in these texts.
This paper should be written in APA format including title and reference pages and submitted as a word document. See the Paper 1 Rubric in the Syllabus area of this course for additional grading details.
