The webinar should focus on an idea that goes against conventional wisdom, that is counterintuitive, or not expected. You are welcome to challenge ideas and research evidence that we have discussed in class, as long as you can provide the necessary supporting evidence. The audio recording should last between 10 to 15 minutes and include the following three features:
-A story or an example
-A finding from OB / Org. Psychology research that this course does not address
-A call to action, focusing on the practical implication of the idea
An excellent webinar will discuss a counterintuitive idea with a relevant story, thoroughly backed up by evidence, highlighting clear and practical implications, presented in an engaging manner that provokes thought and emotion.
