Compare and contrast the processes among Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) with the steps/phases/activities involved in developing Quantitative and Qualitative studies. Why is it important to acquire and appraise evidence early in the research process?
Identify a problem for practice improvement related to your advanced nursing practice track (Aesthetics) with rationale as to why this is a problem. Based on your problem identified, develop a working research question/problem statement and your draft of the research question(s). You need to format your research question(s) into a working PICOT question = Population, Intervention, Comparison Group, Observation, and Time.
Write your PICOT in a hypothesis statement (i.e., In (Population or Patients), what is the impact of implementing (Intervention/Influence/Exposure), compared to (Comparison group), have on (Observation) as measured over a (Time) period?)
