I provide the two resources and I need you to find the first one related to vaping AND adolescents.

For each citation, the annotated bibliography should be no more than 1 page (standard 11-point font), single space, and should include the following:

For part a,
Significance – Why is this topic important? What problem does it address? What is the contribution to the field? In other words, how does it address a gap in the literature? How does it improve our understanding broadly? What is the impact?
For example, taken from one of my grants:
Developmentally, adolescence is a unique stage of extreme change. While studies have examined cognitive flexibility from a developmental perspective 31,32, our knowledge of the developmental trajectories of flexibility in the emotional domain (i.e., affective flexibility) is lacking.
Failure to flexibly switch emotions may impact daily functioning (e.g., impaired social-emotional development, increased stress) or lead to the emergence of psychopathology (e.g., anxiety, depression) 6,14. Anxiety and depressive disorders typically emerge in adolescence 37. According to lifetime prevalence rates, 31.9% of adolescents experience anxiety disorders, and 14.3% experience mood disorders, with high comorbidity rates 38,39.
Understanding flexibility across development will provide the foundation for examining aberrant trajectories related to the onset and maintenance of internalizing disorders, such as anxiety and depression.
