program design by integrating and refining two learning activities: job
analysis and training design. This project requires students to
demonstrate their comprehension of employee training and development, as
well as the practical application of knowledge and skills in both job
analysis and training design. The goal is for students to demonstrate
their ability to create effective training programs that align with
organizational needs and enhance employee capabilities.
