What is meant by the term institutional racism? In what societal institutions can institutional racism be found? Provide examples for each as well as quantitative measures.
According to the textbook authors, what explains the perception gap that exists between Whites and African Americans when it comes to matters of race and racism?
To conduct successful negotiations, why do the authors think business people need to know more than the cultural tendencies of specific cultures? Do you agree or disagree with the authors?
