Students must write a literature review case management report for a patient in clinic or hypothetical patient with a head and neck
condtion/complaint under chiropratic managment. An initial patient description with case management plan must be provided as part of the
introduction.

Students will perform a literature review using 3 to 5 peer reviews articles/case reports and disuss each article. Final conclusion must
include synthesis of research articles and how it has informed patient care. An updated case management plan using research must be included in
the conclusion. Reference pages and document citations must be in LU format. Literature search and abstracts must be included. Document must
be double-spaced using Arial size 12 font.
