Your final assignment for this course will be the creation of an abbreviated business plan for a company that incorporates the lessons you have learned from the course materials and discussions. Your business plan must include clear application of concepts from each module and must synthesize them into a coherent and viable (albeit fictional) company. The final project will be worth a total of 300 points, or 30% of your final grade. The instructor will award up to 50 points each for the thorough and appropriate incorporation of elements from each of the tracks discussed in the modules: 1) Leadership, 2) Governance, 3) Culture, and 4) External Impact. The remaining 100 points will be awarded based on a clear and cohesive articulation of how the incorporation of those elements will contribute to the sustainability and success of the business.
