Write a research paper on the following topic: What is the Journal of Nursing Management’s impact factor?

The MSN-prepared nurse uses various tools to communicate effectively, and not all are related to writing papers, though the word is compelling. As an MSN-prepared nurse, you will deliver presentations on various topics, and creating a PowerPoint is often very effective, or it may be deadly. For Module 5, create a succinct PowerPoint and use the notes sections to expand on up to six bullet points. Death by PowerPoint is a common challenge, so avoid narrative text. Use graphics and color to provide an eye-catching and meaningful presentation.
Attached is an exemplar for a PowerPoint as an example for Module 5, ED Avoidable Use.
Tips:
At most seven bullet points on each slide. Do not use narrative or complete sentences.
Do use the notes with citations. Check the rubric for where citations are critical.
Keep your strategy to one or two evidence-based interventions from a peer-reviewed journal article considered a scholarly source.
Think SYSTEMS: does this outcome and the strategy involve more than the ED? Other areas of the hospital, emergency services, community services or programs.
Resources and references: You need four scholarly sources (journal articles), and you may use additional supportive sources from websites such as TJC, CDC, AHRQ, CMS, or state and professional websites. The supportive sources do NOT count in your four required but are helpful to support your writing with data and other facts.
Websites: be sure to use the correct APA Format and the date is often at the bottom of the page.

Group name. (Year, Month Date). Title of page. Site name. URL
If the page names an individual author:
Lastname, F. M. (Year, Month Date). Title of page. Site name. URL
Be sure to identify outcomes and how you will measure them. In the ED environment, examples of outcomes include time to treat, 30-day readmission, length of stay, left without being seen, time to admission, behavioral health holds in minutes/hours/days
