Write an essay that describes both an argument the commercial is making for the rhetorical tools and strategies being used to make that argument. Analyze the 2010 commercial “The Man Your Man Could Smell Like” by Old Spice. Make an argument that in this essay but the argument is not based on whether you agree or disagree with the commercial. Instead your argument should be about how effectively the text delivers it message to its intended audience, and what strategies it used to do so. Focus on how the argument is made and how effective the argument may be to the text intended audience. (Does your text use logos, pathos, or ethos effectively (or ineffectively)?
